Fixed connection with SFR fiber box

Hello,
I bought a landline phone (Gigaset), and I'm unable to connect it to my SFR fiber box.
The phone can't find the base.
I called customer service, then SFR, but everyone is still vague.
HELP!
Could someone help me by telling me what to do?

What model is this Gigaset?
What exactly does the handset screen display?
How is it connected to the box?
What is the model of this SFR fiber box? 

 Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
                              Especially when it's not there...
