Hello,
I can no longer make calls with the Philips D6351B/FR fixed phone; it always says busy.
I have reset the services, but it doesn't change anything.
Please let us know how to resolve this issue.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 53.0.2785.143

I have indeed reset the services What do you mean by that?
What action did you take for this "reset"?
How many handsets do you have? Just one?
What does the screen of the handset display?
