Hello, since this morning my Gigaset A520 phone says external call, which makes it difficult for me to answer. Could you please explain to me what the error might be? Thank you in advance.

Hello,
An external call means that you have a call without the number being transmitted
Two questions arise:
- Have you asked your operator to have the number presentation activated?
- Has your caller activated the number presentation with their operator?
