Hello,
a friend's laptop (Lenovo G50-30) fell on the floor. Since then, the screen won't turn on, but the computer works: when connected to another screen via HDMI or VGA, everything works normally.
I would like to know if replacing the screen will solve the problem or if there are other possibilities.
Thanks in advance for your insights.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 53.0.2785.116

Good evening,
If it displays on an external screen, that's a minor issue; the graphics part of the PC is not damaged, so after a screen replacement, it should work.
Whatever the PCs, they do not like, at all, the "bowls"!
Best regards.
