Bonjour à tous, je suis novice dans ce genre de méthode de dépannage donc veuillez m'excuser si je n'emploie pas les bons termes pour m'expliquer. Voilà, mon anti-virus(AVAST) s'est affolé en me disant que je venai de recevoir un cheval de troie. Je clique sur "mettre en quarantaine" puis AVAST m'ouvre de nouveau d'autres fenétres d'alerte, j'ai été un peu agacé parc q je chatter avecune bonne amie du coup j'ai cliquer sur "supprimer" afin de me débarrasser de ces fenètres. Je continu a chatter et lance un scan de AVAST par vérification Celui-ci me dit de redémarrer ce que je fit, et au démarrage le fond d'écran s'affiche sans les icones ni la barre de taches, le clique droit de la souris ne fonctionne pas non plus. Le PC fonctionne je réussi a faire ce que je veux mais avec Ctr+Alt+Suppr , c'est assez rageant vu que je ne connai pas tous les emplacements. Je vous lance un appel a l'aide en fait c'est pas mon ordi je suis là juste pour qques jours..je vous en supplie aidez moi....



-j'ai essayé de faire une restauration , il ne se passe rien -} comme un lien mort.
-J'ai essayé aussi de faire un scan de trojan sur un site mais il y a un pb aussi avec explorer (je surf avec mozilla)

c'est de nouveau moi . je desepère j'ai télécharger un anti-spyware il détecte 16 infections c'est grave ?? j'ai pas pu nettoyer puiqu'il fallait m'inscrire avec mes coordonnées bancaires...



Croyez-vous que retirer ces infections résolveré mon problème ????

LIS ATTENTIVEMENT ce qui suit.

Voici la procédure :

1- Une fois que tu as téléchargé HiJackThis, il faut le placer dans son propre dossier. (C'est obligatoire car s'il est dans un dossier temporaire et que l'on vide celui-ci...)
Par exemple : C:\HiJackThis

2- Après, tu peux lancer le scan. Pour cela, clique sur le bouton "Do a system scan and save a logfile"

3- Ensuite, le Bloc-notes de Windows s'ouvre avec le rapport. Clique sur Edition Puis sur Sélectionner tout.

4- Refais la même procédure sauf que, à la place de Sélectionner tout, tu cliqueras sur copier.

5- Après cela, tu colleras le rapport dans une nouvelle réponse et je l'analyserai.

bonjour espion3004 merci de me répondre. j'ai fait ce que tu m'as dit avec HiJackThis j'ai fait la scaan et il m'est impossible de faire un copier coller sur bloc note ou alors je dois étre vraiment nul.. J'ai essayé plusieurs spyware ( SpyDoctor;WinSOS et norton) tous m'ont détecté des trojans et les ont supprimés j'ai toujours ce pb lorsq je fait une restauration du système rien ne se passe.

si je boot sur le CD d'install est-ce que cela va effacer les données ? du genre films ou photos..

pour recuperer tes icones de bureau tu fait juste clic droit sur le bureau /reorganiser les icones de bureau /afficher les icones de bureau
et normalement ca marche

bonjour voila g le meme probleme suite a un virus mon anti virus avg ma demandé de redemaré l ordi et quand il c ralumé ben plus de barre doutil et plus de racourcis je dois utilisé alt-ctrl-suppr pouvais vous m aider car c tro galere merci
