Buddy pairing

The way you describe YOUR maneuver is not right....

YOU TURN OFF YOUR BUDDY...OK..then you HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON FOR 10 SECONDS UNTIL IT BLINKS

THEN YOU PRESS THE CALL/HANG UP BUTTON UNTIL YOU HEAR THE BEEP...and that resets your buddy.

More than 24 hours of charging
And re-manipulation
And there, everything's perfect, the disconnection beep and pairing with the Huawei
Maybe a lack of juice...

I must have explained it poorly; I tried in vain to dissociate the Samsung using the method I described and that you reformulated, but no matter how long I press the red button, I get no beep and therefore no dissociation, even after 2 minutes on the dot (which is a long time).
When I got my Huawei, I downloaded the SuperTooth document to pair my new phone and tried the dissociation method until it worked. That's why I'm sending my S.O.S. here.

I just acquired a BUDDY and I'm wondering if it properly detects my phone, so I'm reaching out for your user experience.

The pairing is done, and the BUDDY is blinking blue.

Can you tell me if the BUDDY should react when the phone comes within range?

I will check that.

However, I already did the step of turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on while in the car, and the BUDDY did not respond.

I will redo the pairing just in case.
