Problem with the Takara decoder

Hello,
I just bought a Takara SL99 decoder, I successfully installed the channels on the television and then nothing. No channels are displayed on the television.
Can you tell me why?

    Have you selected the right channel (HDMI1, 2... or AV1, 2...)?
