Hello,
for no apparent reason my Gigaset A420 phone is showing a flashing base on the screen?
What should I do?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 52.0.2743.116

    Good evening,
    Please check:
    - that the handset is not too far from the base.
    - that the base is properly powered.
If yes, you need to re-register the handset to the base.
See the attached manual on page 12
    Manual registration of the handset

Thank you very much to Baladur 13. I just had to press the Hang Up button for 5 seconds as indicated in the manual, and everything started working again. Thank youuuu!

In the same situation, I removed the batteries from the handset and put them back in. And the handset started working normally again (wifi icon reappeared; "base" stopped flashing).
