Stereo mixer sound issue on Paltalk

I have a problem with my laptop.
When I go to the sound icon, I right-click and go to "Recording devices," then I disable my microphone and enable the stereo mixer. When I want to play audio on Paltalk Messenger, my voice can still be heard even if I remove the microphone from the computer. Can someone please help me? It’s very urgent. I want to play a sound coming from the computer without being heard through the mic or my laptop if I remove the mic.
It's important to know that I am on WINDOWS VISTA (unfortunately!)
Thank you all
I await your responses...

TELL me you've found a solution to your problem because I'm in the same situation as you on camfrog.
So for the microphone and sound issues, this can be resolved 80% of the time as follows:
On the bottom right of your screen, there is a small icon that looks like a speaker; this is the "sound" icon.
So, a right-click on this icon and select "Recording devices".
You then access the menu that allows you to select the device you want to use for speaking: "camera mic", "USB mic", or simply "mic". The best option is to disable all the recording devices available in your list by right-clicking and selecting "disable".
Then, you reactivate the audio recording device available in your list that you want to use.
You can also adjust the volume settings for the microphone or headphones.
I hope this can help you a little bit.
If the problem is more serious, it could be due to your sound card drivers; check if there are any updates or newer drivers for your hardware.
Good luck, and don't hesitate, okay...?

Good evening KAKS and everyone passing through here
I have 100% the same problem with my DELL laptop running WINDOWS VISTA!
I don't even have the stereo mixer, like you do!
In the recording section! I only have -- microphone/line input
And microphone array (default)
Icon = desktop mic and an icon = a rectangular thing on a base! !
Clicking on recording --- disabled or disconnected devices –
It doesn’t change anything!
In playback --- I only have -- Speakers/Headset and
Digital output device (SPDIF output)
Icon = speaker and an icon = looks like a car radio! !
Clicking on playback --- disabled or disconnected devices –
It doesn’t change anything!
I checked the link below!

Apart from the mic in the demo -- I don’t have anything else! ?
I’m using Mozilla and Internet Explorer 7.0
It doesn’t work with either?
PS: the drivers for my card are up to date!
Best regards
To access the "hidden" icons, you need to right-click on the window you opened by clicking on your small speaker at the bottom right of your screen and select "Show disabled devices"...
However, I have another problem... when I access a room, the following message appears:
NO VOICE CONNECTION!
connection to voice server timed out. RC-FS02
