Connecting a telephone cable to an RJ45

Hello

I would like to know how to connect the two ends of a telephone cable that has a gray and white pair to the RJ45 socket (on the patch panel side and the RJ45 wall socket)

    Hello,
    for a single phone line, connect the gray/white pair to pins 4/5 (in the middle).
    But if you have a 4-pair cable, connect all 4 pairs without thinking twice.
