Hello everyone,

When I start my computer, the following message appears.

Modifying system settings. Your hardware settings have changed. To apply these changes, you need to restart your computer.

Each time I restart or turn on the computer, this message comes back.

I would like to point out that my computer is a Samsung NP370R5e-S02FR running Windows 10.

Hello,

You must have a driver that needs to be reloaded after startup; I had the issue not long ago, it was the graphics driver. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. That fixed the problem.
