How to access the BIOS?

Hello,
I recently built my gaming PC but I would like to install Windows 7 via USB drive. However, for that, I need to access the BIOS of my Gigabyte motherboard and I don’t know which key to press at startup.
If it helps, here is the reference of my motherboard: Gigabyte GA 970A UD3P.
