Unable to delete a Snapchat account!!!!

Hello everyone.
I recently decided to delete my Snapchat account. So I go to support hoping to click on "delete an account". However, instead, the page in French appears. This page doesn’t give me any option for an unsubscribe link. I also tried on the website, but once again, the page in French appears. I can't access the "support" tab.
I'm really sorry if my question seems silly or useless. But I've been struggling for about a good hour. Please HELP :'(

      Hello. I found this page, but the problem is that Snap won't let me delete my account. When I confirm after entering my username, it says:

      Security restriction: please try again from this device in 72 hours.

      I don't understand why. It's an account that I haven't used for over a year.
