Wii in maintenance mode

Hello
I have a Wii V4.3 that has put itself in maintenance mode just after I changed my Livebox. The latter is the V3 from Orange.
Before this change, everything was fine for my Wii, it was working perfectly. Now I have formatted my Wii and it didn't help. The controller reacts randomly, and when I open the channels, they start scrolling quickly one after the other.
I have only come across websites wanting to go into this mode, but never to get out of it.
Can someone help me?
