I have a problem with Minecraft, when I switch to fullscreen, vertical sync activates by itself and I can't get over 60 fps, yet in windowed mode everything works fine, I easily reach 200 fps. I've tried a lot of techniques, I’ve disabled vertical sync and checked everything in the options, but nothing works. My screen is 60 Hz, but it's strange, I can still see the difference when I have vertical sync on, I feel like my movements are slowed down. Also, here are my specs:
Intel Core i5 2.8GHz
8GB RAM
Windows 10
Storage: 500 MB (2 drives 1/2 full)
There you go :( it's quite frustrating because I can't play normally, I think it's because my drive is almost full (13GB left) anyway help me please :( I've been looking for 4 days.

Vertical sync should be able to be disabled and free up graphics memory even in fullscreen. If you're still running at 60 fps, that's not normal; you should reinstall the game.
For your storage issue, a simple cleanup of your files (duplicates and unnecessary files, etc.) can free up quite a bit of space. Then you need to check how much RAM is allocated to Minecraft and how much you're actually using. To do that, press F3 and look at the top right.
You can download Optifine to access more graphical settings in Minecraft.
After that, it could also be an issue with your graphics card and its drivers. What is your model?

Minecraft does not have any bizarre hidden options limiting the FPS; reinstalling would only be a waste of time.
Thank you very much for your help, I'll get back to you if I succeeded :)
