Panasonic DMC-FS10 Sound Issue

Good evening,

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FS10 that I've been using for a long time.
Recently, I made a video and to my great dismay, there is no sound at all.
I made another video and still nothing!!!
While searching through the settings, I couldn't find anything that might have been incorrectly adjusted. Does anyone have a solution to suggest?

    Hello, page 16 of your basic manual is in

    Animated image mode
    This mode allows you to record movies with sound.

      I am indeed in animated image mode and no sound!!!
      I saved the video on my PC and it's exactly the same: I have a video without sound.

        I think there should be a sound setting, check in the menu, I suppose there must be a slider to move!

        I have checked the configuration settings and the sound is at maximum (6)
        When I record a video, I see the microphone symbol, so there should be sound
        Are there no solutions?
