TCL TV reception issues

Hello,

During the automatic channel search, all channels are found but as soon as I select "OK," the message "NO SIGNAL" appears and the few active channels have a scrambled image.

Can you tell me what this is and how to solve this problem please?

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 10.0.2

    Hello, specify TNT reception: indoor antenna, collective, individual rooftop, cable operator...
    Carefully check all your connections and antenna sockets
    Check in the TV settings menu that the option 'antenna power + 5 V' is disabled (if this option is available on your TV)

      It’s a rooftop antenna; another TV is also connected to this antenna and it works fine.
      I don’t have that option on the TV.
