Good evening
I am having major issues with my SFR box, they replaced the box and it is still not working. They had telecom.com France Télécom intervene, who says Syncro OK at the connection level between France Télécom and my house. I would like to know how to check if my wall phone socket is working since I can't use another phone because I am with SFR for the phone, so I have to go through the box. How can I do this? Thank you for your help.
Have a good evening
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 51.0.2704.103

Hi,
Did the Orange technician come to your place or not?
It's very likely that he didn't do his job completely.
Ask SFR to send a technician to your place for an assessment with Orange.
Start with a visual check of your connections.
Otherwise, a phone does not allow you to check a fully unbundled line; you necessarily need a modem or an ADSL line tester, which is a very expensive professional device.
