Samsung TV - "service not available" message

Hello,

My 1-year-old daughter most likely played with the TV remote.

My TV now displays the message "service not available" in the middle of the screen.

I would like to avoid going through the "factory reset" process.

Does anyone have a solution?

    I think you won't have any other choice...;-(
    First, try unplugging the power cord, wait fifteen minutes, and then plug it back in.
