Problem with the XK500 Keyboard software

Hello,

I bought a new keyboard, http://www.spiritofgamer.com/xpert-k500_gamingkeyboard/
I tried to install the software to customize the keyboard, but I’m running into a small problem: when I click Apply, it says Device disconnected.
