Reception issue with Sagem decoder
Hello,
I receive on a SHARP LC-32WD1E television the image transmitted from a satellite antenna pointed at "Astra". This is done using an HDMI terminal SAGEM DS86 HD and a TNTSAT access card.
Usually, I turn on the TV on channel 2 around 8 PM and switch to channel 3 around 8:30 PM. After about 10 minutes, the screen goes black for 3 or 4 seconds and then displays the continuation of the program, where it should be (and even a bit earlier, it seems to me ..) If I stay on this 3rd channel, the same problem occurs again about 2 hours later, but the image rewinds a few seconds!! However, if I stay on a channel other than channel 3 for the whole evening, nothing happens.
I sent a message to Sagem, but received no response ...
If anyone has an explanation and a solution to give me, I would be very happy.
