Hello.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. I wanted to change the security mode to none, but the options for "Swipe" and "None" are grayed out and cannot be selected. However, I have not set up a VPN and I also have not encrypted my device.
Could you please help me?

    Good evening,

You need to delete the certificates. To do this, go to Settings>Security>Secure identity information.

      Thank you very much.
But could you tell me precisely which one to deactivate? There are a lot of them.
      Please.
      Thank you.

Or should we delete all of them?

By going to "clear identification info," it will delete all the certificates, that's what you need to do.
      You're welcome.
