Hello,
I have a Mac laptop running OSX version 10.6.8 and the aforementioned printer that I recently purchased. The 'main' MAC that the printer is connected to is running OSX Yosemite 10.10.5;
I can print via Wi-Fi, or from Yosemite, only in black and white, I can't find how to print a color document in color, everything is printed in black and white. I have already contacted Samsung support, who advised me to download the print driver, but it's impossible....
No information is available on the supply level; it may just be that the toner cartridge is empty! However, there is no information to indicate that...
So if someone can help me, explaining clearly without jargon, I thank you in advance!
Have a nice Sunday,
Pascale
Configuration: Mac OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) / Firefox 46.0

Hello,
The drivers for this printer for Mac can be downloaded by clicking on this link:
https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/SW/201510/20151007145341869/EasyPrinterManager_Mac_V1.02.07.zip
You will then have a folder named PrinterApplications in your Downloads folder, or a .zip archive to open by double-clicking to have the folder.
In this folder, you will have a folder named "MAC_Installer", and in this folder another folder named "MAC_PrinterManager"
in the latter, you will have 2 installation packages named:
Printer Manager.pkg
and
Uninstaller.pkg
You double-click on the Printer Manager.pkg package to install the print driver.
You restart the Mac.
Now the print driver is installed. The printer should be recognized.
You should then go to the Mac's System Preferences, under the Printer section, and designate this printer as the default printer.
Subsequently, printing options, paper quality, color, B&W, etc. are set in the print dialog window specific to Mac OS.
See these explanations:

Moreover, the user manual for this printer is here:

Best regards
