Hello,

When I connect my iPhone to my computer, I indeed have the option to click "import images and videos." And I get an error message saying "no new images or videos were found on this device." However, I have lots of photos and videos to import!!

How can I do this?

Thank you all

Configuration: Windows 7 / Mozilla 11.0

Hello, the message "no new image or video was found on this device" is not an error message, it indeed indicates what it means, Windows did not find any images or videos.
The reason can be simple: either you have already imported the photos and videos to your computer or you have enabled the Photos Library option in your device's iCloud settings.
IF iCloud Photo Library is enabled, Apple syncs your photos and videos with your Apple/iCloud account and Windows cannot access them.
You can view the photos on the iCloud.com website (enter your ID)

To view the photos on your computer without going through a web browser, you need to install Apple's "iCloud for Windows" software. iCloud for Windows will create a Photos folder on your computer and your photos and videos will appear there by sync (if you delete a photo from the folder, the photo will also be deleted from your device).
Know that you have 5 GB of data free; beyond that, to get more you need a monthly subscription (0.99 euro for 50 GB).

Or you can choose to disable the iCloud Photo Library and in that case Windows will be able to access the photos and videos from your iPhone (only the Camera Roll photos and videos, not the folders that can be created manually on the iPhone).
