Hello,

I just bought a Logicom L-EMENT 501 mobile phone and I can't insert my SIM card. I know that people have asked this question many times, but I don't understand the explanations. I did what the manual and the pictures told me to do, and I still can't get it right. I've tried everything, and it doesn't work. So, could someone explain it to me or take some pictures to show how they insert the SIM card (mini and not mini)? That would be nice because I've tried everything and I'm desperate.

Thank you in advance.

PS: I have a Free SIM card (I don't know if that makes a difference).

    Good evening,

Simply cut your SIM card along the red dotted lines on it, then turn off the phone, remove the back cover, and insert the SIM card into one of the two slots provided for this purpose (above the battery, which must also be removed before the operation).

Let me know if you're having trouble ;)

Yes, I did it, but when I plug it into the designated port, it doesn't fit all the way in.

It's either that you are using the wrong port (putting it in the micro SD slot), or, and this is what I think is most likely, you are putting it in the wrong way.

Oh actually yes, it needed to be placed horizontally in the small harbor (I was putting it vertically). I thought it was only for the large harbor but it's for both. Thank you very much! :)
