Mobile line hacking

Hello,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with SFR.
I have been a customer with them for 13-14 years and until now I had no issues.
However, for the past three months, there have been text messages (50 cents/text) and calls made from my mobile to numbers I absolutely do not know. When I try to contact these numbers listed on my bills, the message is clear: "the service you are requesting does not exist, for consultation..." and the call disconnects automatically.
As a result, today I owe SFR 198.39 euros for the month of April (even though I have a plan for 89 euros) and since February I have given them over 450 euros before realizing the fraud.
I am not asking for a refund of the 450 euros for the months of February to March since I should have noticed earlier. However, for the month of April, I have refused to pay the bill of 198.39 euros and have blocked the automatic withdrawal.
Today, as of May 23, 2016, they have cut off my phone line for an unpaid bill from April.
I contacted them during April explaining the situation, with a registered letter and evidence to support my claim, and the only response I received was: we cannot disclose information about a third party (the numbers to which the texts and calls were made) and the texts and calls were made from your line.
In conclusion, I am currently paying for a plan for a line that I cannot use.

Is there anyone in a similar situation who might be able to help me or give me advice? Because I think I'm going to kill someone very soon.

Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

Have you subscribed to any SMS services or anything else? Maybe some contests? ;-)

Otherwise, it could be some applications that you use trying to make those calls... So you might need to review all the applications on your smartphone.

      Hello Judge_DT

I have not subscribed to any SMS service or anything else.
When I try to call these numbers that are "French": 06 12 00 01 21 and 06 09 00 13 90, I get an SFR automated voicemail saying that the requested service does not exist...
There are over 200 texts that were sent in April.
I type quickly but not to the point of sending 30 texts in 1 minute at absurd times like 4 in the morning.

      Thank you very much.

In that case, it's probably an application on the phone... So check the installed applications. ;-)

What kind of apps because I don't have much on my phone.
      The basics:
      Snapchat
      Facebook
      Instagram
      My bank
      Uber
      LinkedIn
      CandyCrush

      Thank you :)
