Hello, I couldn't watch the channels Bein Sports 1, 2, and 3 HD on Astra even though I can watch other channels like Canal+ and Discovery... etc.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 50.0.2661.94

    but when it comes to BeIN, you need a subscription.

      The problem is not with the subscription because I am subscribed; the issue is that the channel does not exist in the channel list despite the fact that I did a new search.

    What equipment and subscription do you have?
    If satellite dish on Astra: please note that it seems to me (but I'm not entirely sure) that it needs to be directed towards Fransat.
    If CanalSat subscription, it's different!
    The best thing would be to inquire with your customer service.

      Hello

      Bein can be received on any satellite..... I have Bein (without Canal) and I receive it on Astra with an Orange decoder.

    or the customer service of your satellite dish or antenna installer
    or even the customer service of the provider you subscribed to for Bein
