How to find the complete reference of my samsung

Hello,

I bought a phone "Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime".
I found that the model is "SM-G531F". But to get reimbursed €30 by Samsung (Grand Prime offer), I need to provide the full reference of my phone. For example, SM-G531FZWAFTM. How can I find it? On the box, there is only SAMSUNG Galaxy Grand Prime Tebib 4077040.

I had exactly the same problem after several searches, I had to contact them (the dedicated phone number) to get the exact reference.
