Endoscope not recognized in Windows 10

Hello, I just received a USB endoscopic camera that is not recognized on my Windows 10 laptop.
When I plug it in, I hear the USB sound indicating that it is connected, but that's it; even the LEDs on the front don't light up. I inserted the included CD-ROM and installed everything I could, so now I have software that makes my webcam work, but nothing more.
On the poorly translated pseudo-manual, they mention Windows 7 (which was not specified on the seller's site), and the customer service of this site seems very difficult to contact, so I'm a bit stuck.
Is it a matter of missing drivers? Which one?
I was really counting on this camera as a work tool...
