Automatic insertions

Hello,

I have a number of auto-insertions that I save as I work. However, these insertions seem to disappear during updates... and everything is lost.

Do you know how to recover everything I have saved in Quick Parts?

    Hello,

    There is no reason that the automatic insertions would disappear with updates... And fortunately so!

    The file that contains the building blocks (or Quick Parts) by default is named building blocks.dotx and is located here:
    C:\Users\[User]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Document Building Blocks\1036 (for French)

    Check that side, look at the modification date, see if there are multiple, etc.
