A selfie stick without sound

Hello!
I have a little problem with my selfie stick; it works well and connects to my phone (Samsung Galaxy Prime), which recognises it as a headset, and therefore I can't hear any sound when I record a video with my selfie stick, unlike the others. What should I do?

    Good evening,

    Go to the video settings and disable the "external microphone" (the boom pole is considered an external microphone) and enable audio recording via the "internal microphone."

    I had the same problem with my LG G4...
