I recently replaced my decoder with a premiosat TNT HD W2 CC purchased from SAV ALDEN in November 2015 due to a malfunction of the existing one integrated into my AIO HD television.
Since then, I can no longer receive France 4 and the message appears "consult your operator", which I did first with SAV ALDEN who directed me to CGV, who should normally contact you according to the information on the site. However, to date I have received no response.
