Hello, I was quietly watching TV and I accidentally used the wrong remote to change the channel, and it shows me that the selected channel is not set. How can I restore the normal channels?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

    try to scroll through the channels in order + - using the remote control and make sure the channel in question is present
    If it's absent, start an automatic scan in the INSTALL menu, if that doesn't work, you may be missing other channels (from the same multiplex = group of channels on the same frequency) if that's the case, call a technician
