Hello,
For several months my decoder hasn’t been working... I have no channels at all. First I checked that all the wires are properly connected; I even replaced one!! How can I get the channels back???
Thank you for your help!!

Hello,
Have you performed a new channel scan? Especially with the new TNT channel frequencies, it is necessary to perform this new scan, hoping that your model accepts the new HD frequencies.

Follow the post which is rather well explained here:

You're welcome ;)

Well I was on the site and it’s a bit of Chinese to me, I don’t understand anything… So what should I do? Sorry to waste your time ^^

No, you’re not going to waste my time, but I don’t see how you can help me further, I’ve never had a personal outdoor antenna, being in an apartment.
But I suppose that this antenna must be aimed toward the receiver closest to you. And by connecting the antenna to your TV, you’ll be able to perform a new scan of the channels. -
I am also in an apartment!! but how to do the sweep? Because the site you indicated I don’t understand!!!

Well, normally if you’re in an apartment, it shouldn’t pose any problems (unless the collective antenna hasn’t been repositioned properly, in which case you’ll need to address the building management).
Otherwise, the scanning is when you use your TNT decoder, you go to settings / memorization of new channels
On the other hand, it’s possible that your adapter doesn’t receive the new high-definition channels, in which case if you want to enjoy these channels, you’ll need to invest in new equipment. -

Hello,
I think this means that your collective antenna is not properly repositioned toward the receiver closest to you in order to receive the new TNT channel frequencies, so you should contact your building's management or the person in charge, such as the doorman.
Best regards
