My laptop won't turn on anymore.

Good evening,

Two weeks ago, I purchased a "danew" phone, model KONNECT 501. I was on Snapchat using a filter when my phone bugged, and its screen turned completely black. I removed the battery and tried to restart it without success.
To know:
- My phone was charged
- when I connect it to my PC and turn on my phone, it detects it.
Do you know how to restart it?

    Maybe it was out of battery or the screen connection is disconnected inside the phone.

      Unfortunately not... I had to change my phone, because I couldn't insure it (I received it for a price and to insure it, I need to provide the purchase location which I don't have. Moreover, the customer service by phone is paid, at an exorbitant price!!!)
