Hello,
I have a Canon i-Sensys MF4410 that I bought a year ago. A message appears after two beeps saying, "Turn on power, if the problem persists contact the dealer or customer service." When I turn it off and turn the machine back on, the same message appears.
Please help me find a solution.
Configuration: Windows / Mozilla 11.0

The print heads are probably messed up. It usually costs the price of the printer to replace them, not including labor.
Send it in for warranty if it’s still covered, otherwise condolences.
