My Videojet net kids laptop has a problem.

So here's the thing, my son's laptop (Videojet Pc-Kids) freezes at startup... At first, (when you turn it on), we have a page that says: Videojet audio video games loading os images, then a yellow page with the Videojet logo and below it in big letters: NetKids, and it freezes on that page, no matter how long we wait, the laptop doesn't start up... Since the warranty is no longer valid, I can't send it back... Thank you in advance! I would be very grateful for my son! ;-)
