Hello,
After updating my TV for HD TNT, the screen displays ""the video format is not supported" what should I do...? Thank you for your help.!

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 49.0.2623.87

Which video format are you talking about?

If you no longer have any digital terrestrial television (DTT) channels, it's because your television is not HD, and you will either need to buy an HD DTT decoder (MPEG-4) or change your TV.

My TV is not even 2 years old yet...!! Strange that it needs to be replaced...

  HD ready does not mean that it can receive HD DTT but digital terrestrial television.
  
  When DTT was released on televisions of that time, it was possible to receive both analog channels and DTT.
  
  The analog channels gave way to DTT.
  
  Now it is HD DTT and it’s not the same anymore.
  
  If you bought it new two years ago, you got ripped off because the seller sold you a much older television.
  
  Televisions manufactured before 2009 are not compatible with HD DTT.
  
  Yours was therefore manufactured before that date.
