State or province for delivery

Hello,

I would like to place an order on the Romwe website, and for the shipping address they are asking me for "State/Province," but I am not exactly sure what to put. Some say it's the department, others say the region... I'm getting confused! Can you please give me an answer, thank you.

    Do not fill anything in if the information is not relevant to your case (EU country)..

    State
    = North Dakota, California, Delaware...etc if you are in the USA.
    = Minas Gerais if you are in Brazil.
    = Durango, Baja California, Chihuahua.. etc if you are in Mexico..
    = Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria... if you are in Australia.
    .................................
    Province
    = Manitoba, British Columbia, P.Q.. etc if you are in Canada.
    = Guangdong, Shanxi, Hunan.. etc if you are in China..
    ................................

    However, you need to fill in 'country' (Country..)!

      If they do ship to the EU, those fields cannot be filled in (Since neither 'States' nor 'Provinces')... At the limit, if it blocks when left empty, put the name of the department!

      I seem to have encountered the case (But on another site..), I didn't put anything and it worked..

      Otherwise, this site seems 'a bit' suspicious.. VAT 'included': we doubt the customs will take that into account! Possible size and quality issues.. Up to you to decide!
