Unable to install "Intel VGA Driver" on "MSI H170"

Hello, after a formatting, I can't install a driver retrieved from the MSI support. I get the error message:

This system does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.

Motherboard:
MSI H170 Gaming M3

OS:
Windows 7 x64

Driver:
Intel VGA Driver

Type:
On-Board VGA Drivers

I have enabled and done all the Windows Update updates, any idea?

    Are you using the Intel graphics chipset or do you have a graphics card connected to the motherboard?
