Hello, I have a JBL SUB 138 home theater system and I want to use it to produce sound with a computer or a phone.
So I tried to install it and first I just used the subwoofer, I connected it with a jack RCA to my phone and it worked, then I connected the speakers that go with it (+ in + and - in -) but the sound only comes out of the subwoofer.
I am out of solutions, maybe I need an amplifier? Thank you in advance for your answers.

Hi,
The sub's amp does not amplify the speaker output terminals.
So yes, it needs an amp. -
It depends on your budget and what you can find within reach of listening, if possible.
If you want better quality for the PC, you put a DAC between the PC and the amplifier, unless a DAC integrated into the amplifier suits you. -
