How to turn on/off the torch on my mobile

Hello,
I have a Samsung SM-G318H smartphone. I couldn't find access to the flashlight in the settings, and no one around me has been able to inform me on how to use the flashlight.
I would be grateful for any help that could be provided.

    I hope I'm making the right move by warmly thanking artemis0.

    All I have left to do is install a flashlight widget. I'll do that tomorrow.
