Giant gn 2500 hd plus wifi issue

I brought back a decoder from Algeria to receive channels for free such as Bein Sport or Canal+.
The problem is that I don't have a satellite dish, but the seller assured me that we could watch TV via Wi-Fi.
I have therefore made all the necessary settings to connect via Wi-Fi to my decoder, which I succeeded in doing.
The problem is that in "expansion" "network app" I don't have "iptv" to watch channels over the internet.
My decoder is on version 1.44 and when I try to update it, it says "failed". I'm totally lost and have no idea what to do, so if someone could help me, I would be grateful.
