My LG TV displays "not programmed"

Hello,

My decoder is fine, but my TV screen shows "not programmed" and I can't
watch the channels.
Everything has always worked well, but now, it's a mystery, I'm stuck.
Who can help me?

After fiddling around, I managed to get it to work.
Thanks for your advice.
My TV is connected to the decoder. So I took action on that front.
