Office 2013 activation key

Hello! I have a borrowed computer from my sister (Dell), who installed (a huge mistake without backing up Windows 7..) Windows 10.
Inside, there is Office 2013, but I can't get it to work. I have a product key, but I don't know how to use it; I've searched their link www.microsoft.com/office.
I haven't had any results to activate this key... (¨-¨)
Can anyone help me please...?

Sorry, I'll start again.
Once Office is installed, you open Word (for example).
You click on blank document, then in the top left you click on file.
A list appears in which you have account (second to last in the list). You click on it.
On the right side of this page, you have the Office logo.
A little below written in blue you have "change product key" . That's it!
