Hello,
After seeing a technician, the touchpad on my (HP) computer is no longer responsive to two-finger gestures. I would like to access the settings for my touchpad, but its name does not appear in the "Elan" tab (see photo):
It is therefore impossible for me to click on "options". What can I do to add my pad to this tab? Thank you for your responses ;)
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 45.0

Hello,
Which model of HP are we talking about?
"After the trip to the technician!!!"
Is he responsible for the touchpad issue? If so, that's really outrageous; return the machine to him and demand that he fix it!!!
Before taking the laptop to the technician, did the touchpad work?
What version of Windows is it?
Is it 32 or 64 bits?
Regards.

I have no way to go back and see it.
My computer runs on Windows 8.1, it's an HP Pavilion, 64 bits, if you know how to access the options, I'm interested!
Pavilion, okay, but what references?
This must be stated on a label stuck under the machine.
