Hello,  I bought an essential TNTHD decoder at Boulanger, I connected it with an HDMI and it displays boot and nothing happens  Configuration: Windows / Chrome 48.0.2564.116

Can you clarify your question better? Are you saying that it works with a SCART connector? Does it perform a channel search?  -- I call a spade a spade *      *in French in the text

It doesn't work because it is set by default to SCART output, you need to look for the configuration in the menus while you are on SCART, and choose HDMI.
This terminal outputs via SCART or HDMI but not both
