Excel update: unable to go back with arrow key

Hello everyone,
I am using Excel 2013 (but it also happens in other versions since Microsoft updates), once we delete a row we can no longer go back using the arrow because it is grayed out... very, very annoying! Does anyone have any ideas? (if we don't delete any rows then everything is fine)

don't you have a macro that runs in case of modification?
Otherwise, try with Ctrl+Z

By trying continuously, we eventually succeed.
