Issues with the backspace and enter keys

Hello,
For some time now, I've been having issues with my enter and backspace keys; they are not working anymore.
When I press the fn and backspace keys together, they temporarily work, but then stop functioning again. I tried cleaning with adwcleaner, I also checked in ATH hotkey, but it still doesn't work; I even went into the device manager to uninstall the drivers and restart, but nothing changes. So where is the issue coming from?

Considering that the PC is from this year, it's an ASUS X552M

    Hello,

    I did a clean-up with adwcleaner
    It's good, but for the keys, a cleaning with alcohol might be more effective since you probably have a bad connection.

      Thank you, but it doesn't change much; it's still not normal with a new computer.

      If the PC is new, it is guaranteed and the seller must repair it!
