LogiLink VG0001A USB 2.0 to Audio Video Identification Key

Hello,

I purchased a LogiLink VG0001A USB 2.0 to Audio Video cable on Amazon to be able to burn my VHS to DVD. I connected everything properly, the dongle lights up, then I installed the DVD included with the dongle; the program installation went smoothly. I open the program that’s been placed as an icon on my desktop, and there it asks me for a product identification key. I searched everywhere, on all the product packaging, and no key is listed.

If anyone has a solution or an idea, because at this point I can't use my product.
